Delivery Conditions

Delivery charges is different based upon the weight, place and method of delivery. 
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the OrderSummary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing asummary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.


Method of delivery is generally Standard type.


Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to
    bad weather
    flight / transit delays
    political disruptions
    Product un availability with the company
    other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Pleasecheck your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
The delivery service will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Panchakarma Ayurveda Shop reserves the right to charge extra or cancel the order(s)at its discretion.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mentalagony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at anymoment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
There is no hidden cost when you buy product on Panchakarma Ayurveda Shop.
List price is maximum retail price and is all inclusive of taxes. You only have to pay delivery charges as additional depending on the conditions mentioned above.

International delivery

As of now Panchakarma Ayurveda Shop do not delivery products outside India. In special conditions please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking of Your order

Your order can be tracked anytime just by going to “Track Order” located on the top bar of the website and entering the tracking code / number provided to you after placing your oder.
You may not see the tracking code/ number in your order history until its shipped so please be patient or if you are in hurry; write mail to us and we will answer ASAP.


No Compensation Policy:

If the quality of any products, services, information, orother material purchased or obtained by you through the Website did not meetyour expectations, no compensation will be given other than the Return andrefund or Exchange of the product.The customer cannot request compensation forany reason,including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseencircumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of anykind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which thecustomer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests forcompensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as loss tobusiness cases. Panchakarma Ayurveda Shop holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts ofsuch customers without any prior notice.
